Everyone always freaks out about Starbucks PSL. I’m actually not a big fan of that drink, but I can’t get enough of pumpkin. I’m hoping to add some pumpkin puree to cinnamon rolls soon, but for now these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins are my pumpkin fix.
I eat cinnamon all year round, and can be found adding two or three times the measurement in recipes. There’s just something magical about the spicy element cinnamon adds to baked goods. I have a full arsenal of recipes featuring cinnamon: Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tarts, Cinnamon Apple Maple Quinoa, Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon Roll Muffins, try them allllllllll.
One of my favorite cakes to bake from September through December is Martha Strwart’s Maple Cake. It’s a family favorite and one the members of my church also love. This cake is a dream, warning though: it’s addictive.
Hopefully I’ll be able to pick apples sometime and make some pie. But for now I make these Apple Pie Muffins, they’re tasty but easier than pie. (See what I did there) Plus they’re paleo! I also love this Apple and Peanut Butter Quinoa Recipe.
